IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR INVITED SPEAKERS AND ORAL ABSTRACT PRESENTERS

If you have not received an e-mail with a link and instructions regarding how to upload your PPT presentation, please contact support@presentationmanagement.com. All PPT presentations MUST be uploaded at least 12 hours prior to your session start time. You may also upload your PPT onsite at the Speaker Resource Center, Room 215 - 216, where techs will be available to assist you. The Speaker Resource Center will be open at the following times during the conference:

Tuesday, Feb. 19         6:30 am–5:30 pm
Wednesday, Feb. 20    6:30 am–5:30 pm
Thursday, Feb. 21        6:30 am–5:30 pm
Friday, Feb. 22             6:30 am–1:00 pm

Updated Information for Session Moderators - Please Read
Moderators
- at the beginning of your session, please let the audience know that photography of any kind is strictly prohibited. We are also asking you to record the approximate number of attendees in your session. There will be a form at your head table with the name of your session on it. About halfway through your session, please note how full the room is on this form. These numbers will assist us in the planning of the education for ISC 2009. Thank you for your compliance with these matters.
